12 thin slices Beef fillet (à 60 g)
80 milliliters (approximately 1/3 cup) soy sauce
150 grams (approximately 5 1/3 ounces) Snow peas
200 grams (approximately 7 ounces) shiitake mushrooms
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

Rinse the fillets, pat dry and place in a shallow dish. Drizzle with soy sauce and leave for about 15 minutes.

Rinse, trim and dry the snow peas. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Rinse the scallions, halve lengthwise and cut into 6 cm (approximately 2 1/2 inch) long pieces. Saute snow peas, mushrooms and scallions in a skillet with a little oil until the mushrooms are crisp-tender, 2-3 minutes. Lift the beef from the soy sauce and pat dry. Saute about 30 seconds per side. Toss everything together and drizzle with soy sauce. Serve.
