2 ¼ cups Artichoke hearts (drained and coarsely chopped)
½ cup cream cheese
¼ cup fat-free Sour cream
¼ cup plain low-fat Yogurt
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 clove garlic cloves (minced)
¼ cup grated Parmesan
¼ cup shredded Mozzarella

Preparation steps
