- 500 grams Artichoke hearts (canned, drained)
- 350 grams Feta
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch parsley
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 pinch Caraway
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Lovage (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Dry the artichoke hearts.
2.
Crumbe the feta cheese.
3.
Peel the garlic.
4.
Remove the leaves from the parsley and coarsely chop.
5.
Place all the ingredients in a blender, then puree. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and garnish with the lovage.
