Apricot Sauce

Nutritional values
To pamper guests, a scoop of ice cream or a piece of cake is not enough - the homemade apricot sauce rounds off the treat! And the apricots have even more to offer: With generous 280 micrograms of vitamin A per 100 grams, apricots are way ahead of most other fruits. This makes stone fruit the perfect support for good vision and healthy skin.
The apricot sauce not only rounds off a scoop of ice cream - you can also enjoy it with a semolina porridge or cheesecake. Yummie!
