1 lemon (juiced)
toasted slivered almonds (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the apricot, rinse, peel, halve and remove pit. Pour the sugar in a pot, heat and caramelize.

2.

Deglaze with the apple juice and lemon juice and let simmer for about 10 minutes until syrupy.

3.

Add the apricots to the caramel sauce, remove from heat and let cool. Serve garnished with sliced almonds.
