½ lemon (juiced)
1 kilogram jam sugar (1:1 ratio)
300 grams peeled whole almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the apricots in boiling water and remove. Peel, halve, and remove the core. Finely dice the apricots, and mix with the lemon juice and sugar. Transfer to a pan, and boil for 5 minutes.

Divide the almonds and the jam into prepared jars. Seal tightly, and turn upside down for 10 minutes. Turn right side up, and cool completely.
