2 Oranges
1 organic lemon
500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)
4 centiliters Rum

Preparation steps

Blanch the apricots in boiling water. Remove the apricots from the water and cut in half. Remove the stones and finely dice. Squeeze the juice from the oranges. Rinse the lemon in hot water, finely grate the zest, and squeeze the juice. Mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, apricots, and jam sugar in a large saucepan. Let rest for 30 minutes, in order to create some juice.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 4 minutes, then add the rum and cook until the jam begins to thicken.

Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the jam. Seal tightly, and cool completely.
