1 kilogram ripe Apricot
1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

Rinse and drain the apricots, then halve and remove the stones. Puree the pulp with the lemon juice. Mix the jam sugar thoroughly with the fruit puree in a saucepan. Cover and let infuse for at least 1 hour.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat. Fill the hot rinsed jars to the brim with jam, then seal immediately. Turn up side down to cool slightly, then turn right side up and cool completely.
