- 50 grams fresh Date
- 100 milliliters unfiltered Apple juice
- 50 grams almonds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsps cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- ground Vanilla

Preparation steps
1.
Cut apricots into small pieces and put in a porcelain bowl. Pit dates, cut into small pieces and add to apricot pieces. Drizzle fruit with apple juice and refrigerate, covered, overnight.

Place almonds into a porcelain bowl, cover with boiling water and let stand briefly. Peel well.
3.
Combine fruit with juice and almonds in a blender and puree finely. Add sesame oil, cream, lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla, mix well. Place into serving glasses and serve.
