Preparation steps

1.
Wash, core and dice the apples and put into a glass bowl. Halve the lemon. Squeeze one half and sprinkle the diced apple with the lemon juice. Thinly slice the other half and add to the diced apples. Add the apple juice, cover and chill. Add the chilled champagne before serving.
