- lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- Soda water

Preparation steps
1.
Cut eight thin slices from one of the apples and set aside for the garnish.
2.
Roughly chop the remaining apples and pass through a vegetable juicer.
3.
Mix the lemon juice with the sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the apple juice and pour into glasses filled with ice.
4.
Top with soda water, garnish with the apple slices and serve immediately.
