1 liter Apple juice (natural or homemade)
500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon spicy ground paprika

Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the chili lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membranes, then finely dice.

Bring the juice and jam sugar to boil over highg heat. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, and chili, then remove the pan from the heat. Fill the prepared jars to the brim. Seal tightly, then turn upside down to cool for 10 minutes. Turn right side up, and cool completely.
