2 handfuls organic Rose petal
800 milliliters Apple juice
1 Orange (juiced)
1 lemon (juiced)
500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)
Rose water (from the pharmacy sectio)

Preparation steps

Rinse the rose petals, and gently pat dry. Mix the apple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Add the sugar and half of the rose petals, and bring to a boil. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the jam begins to thicken. Season with a few drops of the rose petal water, then remove from the heat. Spread the remaining rose petals into clean jars. Pour the jelly through a fine strainer into the jars. Fill the jars to the brim and seal tightly. Turn upside down, and cool completely.
