- 3 stalks Celery (with green)
- 60 grams Walnut
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps sour Whipped cream
- 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- sugar
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the apples, cut out the cores and cut the apples into wedges. Trim the celery, rinse and cut diagonally into thin slices. Rinse the celery leaves and shake dry. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
2.
Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream, parsley, about 1 tablespoon of water and the lemon juice and season with salt, a pinch of sugar and pepper.
3.
Distribute the celery, apple and nuts in glasses or bowls, drizzle with the salad dressing and serve garnished with celery leaves.
