1 kilogram jam sugar (1:1 ratio)
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and quarter the apple. Remove the core and dice. You should have 400g (approximately 14 ounces) worth of apples.

2.

Rinse the blueberries, then mix with the apples, jam sugar, and the lemon juice. Bring to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Cook for 4 minutes.

3.

Fill the jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly. Turn upside down for 15 minutes. Turn right side up, and cool completely.
