35 ozs jam sugar (1:1 ratio)
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and quarter the pears. Remove the core and finely dice. There should be approximately 14 ounces of fruit. Rinse the blueberries and drain well. Mix with the pears, jam sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, and cook for 4 minutes.

Remove the pan from the stove. Fill the prepared hot jars to the brim with the jam. Seal tightly, and turn upside down to cool for 15 minutes. Turn right side up and cool completely.
