Preparation steps

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and lift the flesh carefully from the shell. Cut into thin slices. Rinse the apples and cut beautiful slices for ends, cut remaining apples into thin slices. Peel the onion, halve and cut into thin slices.

Arrange the apple slices, avocados and onions alternately on plates. Whisk the vinegar with the honey and oil, season with salt. Drizzle the dressing on the salad, grind pepper on top and serve garnished immediately with beetroot leaves and edible flowers.
