- 3 egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 300 grams ground almonds (blanched)
- Bitter almond oil
- 300 grams sugar
- 50 grams sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 150°C (approximately 300°F).

beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Fold in almonds, almond oil and sugar.
3.
Pour mixture into a piping bag with a plain nozzle and pipe mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sanding sugar and bake for 25 minutes, until golden. Remove, put on a wire rack and let cool. Serve at room temperature.
