- 100 grams Californian almonds (blanched)
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 4 tsps Almond liqueur
- 500 milliliters milk
- 3 Tbsps cornstarch
- 120 Tbsps chopped, toasted Shelled pistachio
- 5 Tbsps chopped Hazelnuts
- 5 Tbsps Pine nuts
- 5 Tbsps raisins (soaked in port wine)
- 5 Tbsps cinnamon
- 5 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Chop almonds coarsely, puree with honey, almond liqueur and 100 ml (approximately 2/5 cup) of milk in a blender, add cornstarch.

Heat up the rest of milk. Add almond milk, bring to a boil, stirring, and season with a little honey. Mix cinnamon with sugar.
3.
Toast almonds, hazelnuts and pine nuts gently in a dry pan. Drain raisins. Pour almond cream into a wide bowl pour and dust with powdered sugar to prevent skin from forming. Just before serving, sprinkle with all nuts and raisins. Dust with plenty of cinnamon sugar and serve.
