- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cut zucchini lengthwise into slices. Rinse tomatoes, halve and remove seeds, dice finely. Arrange zucchini on a plate and sprinkle with tomatoes.

Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over vegetables and serve.
