½ teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
4 tablespoons cold water
15 pieces Asparagus (trimmed)
1 zucchini (sliced very thin)
cup Cottage cheese
¾ cup Sour cream
2 eggs
½ cup Mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan (grated)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon peppers
¼ teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Preparation steps

Combine the flour, butter, baking powder, salt, egg yolks and cold water to form a dough ball. Kneed for 2 minutes just until the dough comes together. Immediately roll out the dough and put it into a greased and floured 9 inch tart pan, then chill 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oven to 350° F. Take the dough from the refrigerator and needle with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes.

To make the filling mix the cheese, sour cream, eggs, grated mozzarella, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and thyme.

Pour the mixture into the half baked crust, then arrange the vegetables on top and just press into the stuffing. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes until the pie gets a golden color. Cool slightly and serve warm or room temperature.
