4 medium Egg yolks
80 grams fine Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
grated zest of ½ a Lemons
250 milliliters White wine
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
3 tablespoons Milk

Preparation steps

Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and white wine together in a large saucepan. Mix the cornstarch with the milk until smooth and whisk into the egg yolk mixture.

Heat the mixture over medium heat and whisk until it becomes light and foamy. Divide into small dessert bowls and serve immediately.
