- 50 grams Pistachio
- 600 grams Natural yogurt
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps melted honey

Preparation steps
1.
Toast pistachios in a dry skillet, remove and let cool. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice until creamy then spoon into serving glasses.
2.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon toasted pistachios on top. Serve immediately.
