- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 200 grams Quark
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- 60 grams powdered sugar
- 2 centiliters Raspberry liqueur
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Raspberry puree
- 1 Banana
- 2 Kiwi
- 4 Strawberries
- 1 cut Galia melon
- 1 cut Cantaloupe
- 4 Tbsps Oats
- 1 Tbsp Cashews
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix quark with cottage cheese, cream and powdered sugar until smooth. Divide mixture in half. Stir half with raspberry puree, lemon juice and liqueur. Freeze both mixtures for about 40-50 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the fruit. Peel banana and cut into slices. Peel kiwis and cut into slices.

Rinse, trim and halve the strawberries.
4.
Peel the melons and cut into pieces.
5.
Toast cashews in a dry pan.
6.
Distribute the oats into four sundaes. Then put the yogurt parfait and melon cubes on top. Then pour the raspberry parfait and garnish with the remaining fruit to taste. Sprinkle with cashews and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
