- For the yogurt
- 800 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 handful Cherries
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Sharon fruit
- 1 small Banana
- To serve
- mint
- Edible flowers

Preparation steps
1.
For the yogurt, mix the yogurt with the honey and lime juice.
Rinse the cherries and remove the pits. Peel and coarsely chop the kiwi. Rinse, trim and chop the persimmon. Peel the banana and cut into slices.
2.
Purée each of the fruits separately and stir each into a quarter of the yogurt.
To serve, pour into cups and serve garnished with mint and edible flowers.
