Wraps with Spicy Salad Filling
Combine flour, milk, egg and salt and whisk until smooth. Let rest for about 10 minutes. Rinse lettuce and spin dry. Slice salami into 0.5 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) cubes and cut jalapeño slices into quarters.
Bake 8 thin pancakes from the batter and allow to cool.
Brush each pancake with 1 1/2 tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce. Top with lettuce and distribute salami and jalapeños over the pancakes. Fold in top and bottom, roll tightly and cut in half diagonally. Serve wrapped in napkins.
