- 4 Sirloin steak (each about 120 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 150 grams mixed Lettuce
- 150 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams Cheddar cheese
- 4 Whole-wheat tortillas
- 4 Tbsps Sour cream
Preparation steps

Rinse steaks and pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook steaks for about 6-8 minutes or until pink inside.

Rinse and spin dry lettuce, tear into smaller pieces. Rinse and halve tomatoes. Grate cheese coarsely.
3.
Warm up tortillas in a dry pan. Remove steaks from the pan, cut into slices and arrange together with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream on tortillas, season with salt and pepper and wrap. Serve.
