- 4 whole grain bread
- 2 Beefsteak tomato
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 onion
- 100 grams Processed cheese
- 1 Tbsp scallions

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
2.
Cover the bread slices with cheese and top with tomato slices and onion rings.
Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with chopped chives.
