- 3 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 2 sheets Iceberg lettuce
- ½ small Apple
- 2 tsps lingonberry
- Liver sausage
- 1 slice cooked ham

Preparation steps

Toast the bread. Rinse the lettuce leaves, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Peel and halve the apple, remove the core, mash slightly and mix with the lingonberries and sausage.

Layer a slice of bread with lettuce and then coat thickly with the apple-sausage mixture. Top with another slice of bread and layer with ham and lettuce leaves. Cover with the remaining bread slice and cut the sandwich diagonally before serving.
