- 50 grams Sunflower seed
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 125 milliliters Buttermilk

Preparation steps

Toast sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan, watching carefully. Chop sunflower seeds coarsely and mix with remaining ingredients to form a dough. On a floured surface, roll out dough in a thin layer.

Cut out leaves or other shapes, as desired. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 15-20 minutes.
