300 grams small, waxy potatoes
salt
1 lobster
500 grams mixed fish fillets (such as salmon, cod)
1 garlic clove
butter (for baking dish)
peppers
lemon juice
100 grams breadcrumbs
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
40 grams soft butter
2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Boil potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes. Let potatoes cool and peel. Boil 2 liters (approximately 8 cups) of salted water, Place lobster headfirst in boiling water and cook for about 4 minutes and remove from the pot.

 Rinse fish fillets and cut into bite-sized pieces. Chop garlic. Butter the baking dish. Place fish pieces, potatoes, garlic and lobster into a dish. Drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix breadcrumbs with lemon zest and softened butter.  Scatter breadcrumbs over lobster, fish and potatoes and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F)  for about 10 minutes.

Let the gratin cool briefly, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
