14 ozs Spaghetti
4 Tbsps olive oil
14 ozs pork fillets (e. g. cod)
1 dash white wine
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 cloves garlic cloves
1 bunch parsley
0.333 cup Parmesan (freshly shaved)

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.

Peel and slice the garlic.
3.
Rinse the fish fillet in cold water, pat dry and dice.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the fish pieces with the garlic until lightly browned. Stir in the white wine. Heat very gently until the fish is cooked right through, then add the lightly drained spaghetti and toss to combine. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pick off the leaves and chop roughly. Add the parsley to the fish and spaghetti and season with a little salt and pepper.
5.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
