- 21 ozs turbot fillet (sliced)
- 4 Limes (juiced)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 8 Taco shell
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 2 Avocados (peeled, stones removed and chopped)
- 1 Cucumber (peeled, seeds removed and chopped)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 handful baby Spinach

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Mandoline, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Skillet mit Deckel, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Paper towel, 1 Measuring cups
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the turbot with about half the lime juice and the crushed garlic. Set aside to marinate for 45 minutes.
2.
Heat the taco shells according to the packet instructions. Mix the shallots, avocado, cucumber, vegetable oil and parsley with the remaining lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Place a few spinach leaves in the tacos and add the turbot ceviche and the avocado mixture.
