Preparation steps

1.
Season the plaice fillets with a little salt.
2.
Heat the butter in a large frying pan until it turns a pale nutty brown, taking care that it doesn't burn.

Add the plaice fillets to the pan and gently cook for about two minutes the carefully turn them and cook for another two minutes or until the fish is just cooked through.
