1 packet Vanilla sugar
75 grams Pastry flour
40 grams cornstarch
30 grams cocoa powder
1 Tbsp instant Coffee powder

Preparation steps

1.

For the batter: Separate eggs. Beat whites, 6 tablespoons of cold water and salt until stiff. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Stir in egg yolks. Combine remaining ingredients and fold into eggs. Divide dough in half. Grease a star pan and pour in batter. bake in an oven preheated to 175°C (approximately 350°F) for 30 minutes.
