Nutritional values
If you want smooth skin and shiny hair, this dish is a good choice. Eggs trump with the beauty stars vitamin A and biotin. They can also save us from brittle nails and really fire up the fat metabolism.
If you want to stay full even longer, choose the whole-grain version instead of the white flour baguette. If you cannot find delicate white asparagus then use green asparagus in its place.

Preparation steps
Wash and peel the asparagus, cutting off the woody ends. Boil plenty of water in a saucepan, and add salt, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add asparagus and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
At the same time, whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper. Wash the herbs, chop finely and mix into the eggs. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter. Add egg mixture and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until scrambled.
Melt remaining butter in a saucepan. Lift asparagus out of water, drain and arrange on plates. Spread scrambled eggs on top and drizzle everything with melted butter. Pull or cut baguette into pieces and serve with eggs.
