1 packet whipped cream stabilizer
250 grams Quark
mint (and chocolate curls)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim strawberries. Put 4 fruit aside for decoration. Puree the remaining strawberries with the sugar and run through a sieve.

2.

Beat the cream and stabilizer until stiff and fold into the yogurt. Pour into a piping bag with a large star tip and squirt in dessert glasses. Cover with the strawberry puree, without stirring. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with one quartered strawberry, mint and chocolate curls.
