- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch Arugula

Preparation steps

Wrap each goat cheese round with 2 slices of bacon in a crosswise manner and pin the bacon securely with toothpicks. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cheese quickly on all sides.
