- 250 grams Goat cheese
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- freshly ground peppers
- 16 slices Bacon
- herbes de Provence
- Cape gooseberries (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the goat's cheese into 8 slices around 1 cm each (approximately 1/2 inch).
Mix the lemon juice with the honey and season with pepper.
Brush the cheese slices all over with the lemon-honey and wrap each one with 2 slices of bacon. Thread onto wooden skewers and shower with herbs.

Arrange on a plate and serve garnished with cape gooseberries.
