Preparation steps

For the dressing: In a bowl, stir the mayonnaise with the yogurt and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste.

For the salad: Rinse the celery and cut into diagonal slices. Coarsely chop the walnuts. Rinse and halve the grapes, removing seeds if necessary. Rinse the apples, cut in half, core and thinly slice. Rinse the romaine, spin dry and separate leaves.

For serving: In a bowl, toss the celery, grapes and apples with the dressing. Divide the romaine leaves between plates and top with the celery mixture. Sprinkle with the walnuts and serve.
