125 grams Quark
½ tsp salt
5 Tbsps sunflower oil
1 egg
250 grams Pastry flour
½ tsp Baking powder
4 scallions
1 sm can Corn 400 grams (approximately 14 ounces)
100 grams cooked ham
80 grams grated Emmentaler cheese
2 eggs
100 milliliters milk
100 milliliters Whipped cream
white peppers
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Stir together the quark with salt, oil and egg. Mix the flour with the baking powder and pour over the quark mass. Process with the dough hook of a hand mixer until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate. Preheat oven to 220°C (approximately 430°F).

Rinse the scallions and cut into thin rings. Cube the ham. Drain the corn. Mix the onions, ham and corn.

4.

Knead the dough again, divide into 8 portions and roll out each. Grease the tartlet tins or ramekins and line them with the dough.

5.

Whisk together the eggs, milk and whipping cream and season with salt and pepper. Add the corn and ham mixture into the tins or ramekins. Sprinkle with grated cheese, then pour the egg mixture over everything.

6.

Bake about 30 minutes.
