- 4 Vinschgerl bread roll
- 1 can Corn
- 100 grams Broccoli
- 3 carrots
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 150 grams turkey breasts (or cooked ham)
- ½ Celery root
- 1 onion
- butter (or vegetable oil)

Preparation steps

Drain the corn. Rinse broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel carrots and cut into cubes. Rinse leek and cut into slices. Cut the turkey breast into cubes. Peel celery root and onion and cut into cubes. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion, celery root, carrots and leek for about 15 minutes.

Add the broccoli and corn and simmer for 10 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper. Slice off top of boule and scoop out the insides to make a bowl. Fill with the vegetable stew and serve.
