150 grams smoked Boiled ham
100 grams Emmentaler cheese
1 Tbsp Canola oil
150 grams Mayonnaise

Preparation steps

Rinse cauliflower, divide into florets and blanch in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse in cold water, drain again. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. Peel pineapple and remove stalk, dice. Drain peas and corn. Cut ham and Emmental into about 2 cm cubes (approximately 3/4 inch). Heat oil in a pan and brown ham, stirring. Remove from pan and cool.

Combine cauliflower, pineapple, peas, corn and cheese, toss with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on four plates and sprinkle with scallions and ham. Serve.
