250 grams macaroni

2 Tbsps olive oil
30 milliliters white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Rinse and cut the celery into 0.5 cm pieces. Peel and coarsely grate the carrot. Cube the cheese into 1 cm pieces.

Cook the pasta in boiling salt water until al dente. Mix the yogurt, oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Season with sugar, salt and pepper.

3.

Drain the pasta, rinse in cold water and drain. Mix the vegetables, pasta and dressing. Serve warm or cold.
