- 250 grams Farfalle
- Bell pepper (1 red and 1 yellow)
- 2 stalks Celery
- 125 grams small button Mushroom
- 1 can Tuna in oil
- 6 Tbsps White vinegar
- ½ tsp Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp small Caper
- 2 Tbsps stoned Olives (sliced in fine rings)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salt water until al dente. Drain the pasta, rinse in cold water and drain.
2.
Rinse, halve and remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut into thin strips. Rinse and slice the celery. Rinse the mushrooms, halving or quartering them. Drain the tuna.
3.
Mix the vinegar, mustard, crushed garlic and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Peel and chop the eggs. Mix the eggs, capers and parsley. Mix the salad ingredients, olives and sauce and serve.
