2 onions
400 grams mixed Vegetables
2 eggs
1 Tbsp Iodized salt
3 Tbsps vegetable oil (for frying)
100 grams grated Emmentaler cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes and onions and grate coarsely on a box grater into a bowl. Trim remaining vegetables, rinse and cut into large pieces. Add to the potatoes. Stir eggs into the mixture and season with iodized salt.

Heat oil in a wide, oven-proof pan, pour in the vegetable mixture and fry for 15 minutes over medium heat. Carefully turn and fry for another 8 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the vegetables and broil under the preheated oven broiler for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
