- 300 grams potatoes (sweet potatoes and waxy potatoes)
- 300 grams Beets (red and white-red)
- 500 milliliters vegetable oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the potatoes and beets. Peel and cut into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pot to 170°C (approximately 350°F).

Fry the vegetable slices in the hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel. Season lightly with salt and serve.
