- 750 grams Beef brisket
- 400 grams Green cabbage
- 400 grams potatoes
- 200 Peas
- 2 carrots
- 200 grams Snow peas
- 2 onions
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 ½ liters Beef broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the beef brisket, pat dry and cut into equal sized cubes.
2.
Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots and onions.
3.
Rinse and coarsely chop the cabbage.
4.
Rinse the snow peas.
5.
Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the beef cubes until browned on all sides. Add all of the vegetables, pour in the beef broth, cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
6.
Season with salt and pepper, ladle into bowls and serve.
