- 500 grams Tagliatelle (egg-free)
- salt
- 1 handful Sage
- 30 milliliters olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Margarine
- 150 milliliters Soy creamer
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- freshly ground peppers
- red peppers (flakes, for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pappardelle according to package directions in plenty of salted water. Pour off water and allow to drain. Rinse the sage. Heat the olive oil and margarine in a large skillet, add pappardelle and sage and cook while stirring for about 3 minutes. Stir in soy creamer and season with lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve in deep bowls and garnish with red pepper flakes.
