1 Pear
2 Apple
1 ½ ozs raisins (3 TBSP.)
1 oz Oat bran (2 TBSP.)
17 ¾ ozs Almond milk (unsweetened)
1 ½ Tbsps Agave syrup
4 Grape

Preparation steps


Rinse buckwheat and cook in twice the amount of boiling water for 15-20 minutes over low heat.


In the meantime, peel banana and chop into small cubes. Wash pear and apples, cut out core, grate fruit on a grater into a bowl.


Add banana cubes, buckwheat, raisins, oat bran and almond drink, sweeten with agave syrup, mix everything well and let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.


Fill muesli into 4 bowls, add some more almond drink if desired. Wash and halve the grapes and place 2 grape halves on each muesli.
